Client wanted a cocktail bar as part of the Harry Potter Studio Tour. The cocktails were to be presented as potions in vintage bottles with dry ice. Client requested extremely fast-paced service, with only a 3-minute window to serve 150 people at a time.
All hands were on deck for both days of the event. To ensure the smoothest service, our bar team created 900+ potions in our Lab and delivered them straight to Hogwarts. They also invented a mechanism for the dry ice to create the best spooky effect in the vintage bottles. Our team served 450 guests in 9 minutes, and secured 10 more bookings with the client.
